FEATURING:

About the 2025 Fall Artisan Home
In the heart of Edina, The 2025 Artisan Home brings together timeless architecture and everyday function. With a classic European influence, the home was designed with intention for a young family—balancing beauty, practicality, and the kind of durability that allows a house to become a long-term home.
The design palette is calm and understated, with neutral tones accented by dusty hues for depth and warmth. High-end selections—Visual Comfort lighting, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and marble tile in the primary suite—add refinement, while every finish was chosen to withstand daily life and grow with the family over time.
From the outside, the home reflects strength and charm with dramatic gables, a stately arched entry, and crisp white siding paired with natural stone. A rift-sawn white oak front door and expansive Marvin windows welcome both natural light and views of the surrounding neighborhood. Dimensional shingles offer the character of cedar shakes with lasting durability, fit for Minnesota seasons.
Inside, craftsmanship is layered throughout. Rift-and-quartered white oak floors, finished in a custom stain, anchor each space. Applied molding in the office, wainscot in the foyer, and v-groove paneling in the laundry add quiet character. The working kitchen includes a hidden pantry and support space to keep life organized, while the dining room connects directly to a vaulted porch with Phantom Screens and Techo-Bloc pavers—perfect for family meals or larger gatherings.
Upstairs, the primary suite serves as a private retreat with marble finishes, his-and-hers closets, and a laundry room designed with built-in drying solutions. Across the hall, children’s bedrooms feature timeless finishes, built-in storage, and a Jack-and-Jill layout designed to transition through different stages of life. A loft with built-in desks creates a flexible place for studying or play.
The lower level is designed for both entertainment and daily living, with a media and game room, drink station, exercise room, and guest suite. Each space is practical, welcoming, and built for longevity.
