On October 24, 2025, during Housing First Minnesota’s annual Building Industry Gala at Mystic Lake Center, City Homes was honored as 2025 Builder of the Year — one of the industry’s most respected awards recognizing excellence in craftsmanship, communication, ethics, and client satisfaction.
To be named Builder of the Year is to be recognized not only for the homes we build, but for the trust we build along the way. It’s an acknowledgment of integrity, collaboration, and community — the values that have guided City Homes from the very beginning.

Designed in collaboration with The Sitting Room and Alexander Design Group, the home reflects the balance of craftsmanship, comfort, and connection that defines City Homes.
