A closer look at how to storage your vino!

Whether its a wine room, a wine cellar, or a beautiful wine display, we can help!

Picture-Perfect Displays

There are so many ways to display wine! In our Lakeview Contemporary project we displayed the 60-bottle collection on a custom wine wall protected by glass French doors. Not only was the wall beautiful, but its guaranteed to be a forever conversation piece whenever the homeowners entertain.

Keeping It Chill

Did you know that even your red wine needs to stay temperature controlled?

Typically, when you think of a wine fridge you think of a white wine, Prosecco, rosé, or even a champagne, but in actuality, all four types need to be temperature controlled to ensure absolute perfection. Red wine, is best stored between the ranges of 45°F and 65°F, however, this largely depends on the type of red wine you are storing. Other light-colored wines should be stored a little cooler within ranges of 40°F and 50°F.

For this reason, a dual-wine fridge is a great idea to ensure all your favorite beverages are perfectly temperature controlled. We used two Sub Zero 30" integrated wine combo fridges with custom panels to create the look for our Edina French Provincial project.

For The Wine Collectors

For those who are serious about wine, we are happy to showcase two of our past wine rooms that each storage over a 1,000 bottles of wine. Both rooms are located in the homeowner's lower-level with a glass door or window to show off their collections. Each room is temperature controlled to ensure the wine ages properly. However, it is important to note that if you are truly serious about collecting and preserving wine, the best option is to go with a fully-enclosed wine room without any light being able to enter. Prolonged exposure to heat or UV rays will negatively effect the aroma, taste, and feel of the wine.

Our Halifax on the Hill Project

The homeowners of our Artisan Home Tour project expertly selected the look and feel of their incredible wine room. With a specialty wine chilling system, an enclosed door, and custom wooden racks, the homeowners will be able to properly store they exquisite wine collection for years to come. Although you were not able to see it during the tour, we are excited to share a few sneak peeks of what you can expect to see later this month with our professional photos.
