A master of moving parts, Rebecca is responsible for the administrative machine that helps City Homes stay on top of many projects at the same time. Her experience as a mother of three children helps her work efficiently on multiple tasks while making sure everything runs smoothly on the job sites and in the office. Her ability to manage the various elements of a project with a steady hand guarantees the intricacies of the day-to-day work on your home are handled with care.
Growing up in Rochester, Minnesota, Rebecca is the second of six children. Rebecca married her high school sweetheart Dave. They have three active children that are currently twelve, ten, and eight. Rebecca, her husband Dave, and Chris Malooly are the managing partners of City Homes.
Outside of work, she spends time with her family and juggles the kids’ activities. She loves to travel and always remains active. Whether it is running, skiing, hiking, playing cards or just hanging out with family and friends, Rebecca is constantly moving and shaking.
Prior to starting City Homes, Rebecca managed multiple clinics across a variety of specialties within the Park Nicollet and Health Partners systems. She has a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
After having kids, Rebecca was looking for something different when she decided to return to working outside the home. The home building business piqued her interest. She started small in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of Minneapolis and gradually moved over to the Morningside neighborhood of Edina and Southwest Minneapolis. The experiences, relationships, and partnerships developed in those first few years are the cornerstones that have helped City Homes grow into what it is today.
