Brad grew up in construction, working as an electrical apprentice for his father before earning a Construction Management degree from Oklahoma State University and building a career across both commercial and residential construction. A natural problem solver, he loves preconstruction and planning the details that set a project up for success long before work begins in the field. Brad believes City Homes stands apart through consistency in its process, quality and transparency, with the ultimate goal of a smooth handoff to a happy homeowner.
A third-generation builder, Alex grew up walking jobsites with his dad and knew from an early age that building homes was what he wanted to do. He has a natural strength for the organizational side of construction—from bidding and budgeting to tracking selections and pricing—and his coworkers value his level-headed, unbiased perspective when challenges arise. What Alex values most, though, are the relationships built along the way, and he considers it one of the greatest compliments when a past client chooses City Homes again.
With a family history in construction, a trade education and experience as both a project manager and field superintendent in commercial construction, Logan brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. He particularly enjoys challenging builds where thoughtful problem-solving can turn site or construction constraints into a beautifully finished home. For Logan, success comes from collaboration among the homeowner, design team and construction team, resulting in a project that is well managed and a home everyone is proud of.
Growing up with an architect for a father, Matt spent time on jobsites from an early age and knew he wanted to be on the building side of the industry. Organization is one of his strengths, but it's the finish details—trim, paint, flooring transitions and the moment all the selections finally come together—that he notices most. For Matt, a great project is built on clear communication and a team that genuinely cares about both the home and the client's experience from beginning to end.
Annie's interest in homes started in high school, when her family toured countless homes while planning their own, eventually leading her to earn degrees in both Interior Design and Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. She especially enjoys helping homeowners visualize a space before it's built, using her design background to work through floor plans, elevations and details that make a home function better once they're living in it. Annie is always willing to jump in wherever she's needed around City Homes—whether that's helping solve a design detail, navigating a permit, or beating a coworker at ping-pong.
Kirk started working alongside his contractor father at 13 and knew construction was in his blood when, while away at college, the smell of freshly cut wood made him miss being on a jobsite. With a background in contracting and finish carpentry, he still loves the trim stage and has an eye for the small construction details that make a home beautiful and perform well for years. Kirk's favorite part of the job is the people—from homeowners to trades and suppliers—and he considers a project a success when it ends with a happy homeowner and, quite often, a hug.
With an architectural degree and a family full of builders and tradespeople, Drew brings both a design perspective and hands-on construction knowledge to his work at City Homes. He enjoys working alongside the trades to solve field challenges, understanding what's possible and finding solutions without losing the original design intent. Drew is continually learning from the people around him and takes the most pride in seeing homeowners genuinely excited to live in the home the team has created.
Sarah found her way into custom homebuilding after a career largely spent in retail management, bringing with her a natural ability to build relationships and take care of the details that make a difference to a client. At City Homes, her focus is on the final stages of construction and long-term client care, making sure punch-list items are completed and details that might otherwise go unnoticed are addressed before move-in. She loves seeing a home come together for the first time—and then returning a year later to see how the homeowners have made it their own.
