This home is the perfect blend of style and contrast, with a nod to the laid-back elegance of California and the timeless charm of Diane Keaton. The modern farmhouse aesthetic feels fresh and inviting, with a mix of rustic woods, smooth ivory brick, and handmade black brick, creating a beautiful contrast that defines the exterior.

As you step inside, the soft green office with natural wood accents welcomes you, highlighted by custom white metal pocket doors. The entry opens into a custom oak staircase, designed locally with reclaimed beams, and finished with sleek white metal handrails and spindles that carry the main-level design throughout.

The great room steals the show with a hand-carved mantle and hearth seat by Origin Stone, while the open-concept kitchen—fit for a pastry chef—features high-end appliances and natural materials. Adjacent, the dining room is bathed in natural light, framed by accordion-style doors and softened by airy fixtures. A scullery and side pantry continue the theme of natural woods and texture.

Upstairs, each child’s bedroom and bathroom reflect their unique personality, while the laundry room is transformed into a bright, inviting space despite its lack of natural light. The primary bath is a dream with French cobblestone floors, handmade ceramic sconces, and custom white metal shower doors.

The lower level is a gathering space for the family, with a modern edge. The bar area features a bold design, blending industrial and Scandinavian elements, inspired by the iconic House That Pinterest Built by Diane Keaton.

This home isn’t just beautiful—it’s a reflection of the dynamic family who lives here, balancing serenity, surprises, and thoughtful design every step of the way.
