Looking for a simple escape from city life, this couple discovered the perfect Lake Minnetonka homesite and asked us to help fulfill their dreams. We started with a timeless east-coast Hamptons style exterior complete with look-out tower to house a light-filled stairwell plus a bunk room and game room on the garret level. Inside, we’ve created a distinctly nautical vibe with bright white millwork shiplap and mixed metals, evoking the feel of a historic Lake Minnetonka cottage.
