The exterior has a timeless character with a cedar shake roof, classic white siding, black-framed windows, welcoming front porch and a three-car garage. The steep gables, arched windows and natural cedar give the home the feeling that it has been part of the neighborhood for years.

Inside, there is a thoughtful mix of spaces for both everyday living and special occasions. Wire-brushed white oak flooring runs throughout the main living areas, adding warmth, texture and character to the light-filled interiors. A formal dining room gives the family a place for holidays and larger dinners, while a cozy breakfast banquette provides a more casual spot for breakfast, homework and everyday meals. The bright kitchen is centered around a generous island and connects easily to the surrounding living and dining spaces. A walk-in pantry with floor-to-ceiling shelving and a library ladder adds both function and personality.

The family room was designed to feel comfortable rather than formal.
