This Edina renovation was about making an existing home feel fresh, finished and better suited to the way the homeowners live today without starting over.

Much of the project focused on giving the home a facelift inside and out, updating finishes and details while working with the character and spaces that were already there. At the same time, several unfinished and underutilized areas throughout the home were completed and incorporated into the living space, allowing the homeowners to get more function from the home they already loved.

Rather than changing everything, the renovation was thoughtful about where improvements would have the greatest impact. Updated interiors, exterior enhancements and newly finished spaces work together to give the entire home a more cohesive and polished feel.

The result is a great example of what a renovation can accomplish without completely reinventing a home—keeping what works, improving what doesn’t, and finding opportunities within the existing house to make it feel new again.
